TVG Hospitality booked us in to transform 3 of their spaces for Diageo brands Haig Club, Chase Distillery and Baileys. With each brand having its own dedicated space within Southwark Quarter, we set to work on creating three activations, each supported with their own curated bespoke serves menus.
The most involved activation, ‘Hidden Haig’, saw a previously disused space transformed into an unmistakably Haig cocktail lounge; minimal, modern and very, very blue!
Elsewhere, the activation bar at Carrubo transformed into a British barn style outdoor drinking den, with dried flowers galore and a Christmas wreath selfie station. And to round off the perfect Winter hospitality trifecta, Arch 33 became the ‘Baileys Treat Bar’ and was kitted out in traditional Christmas decorations with a Baileys-branded tuk-tuk parked outside for serving Baileys hot chocolates!
